Delays due to project schedules, payment issues, or supply disruptions will be the responsibility of the client and may impact the project timeline and cost.

In case Saint-Gobain glass is unavailable, equivalent brands such as Modiguard or Gold Plus will be used.

The material supplied by Everstone UPVC Windows & Doors shall remain its property until full payment is received and products are handed over. Everstone reserves the right to remove or reclaim any supplied material from the customer site.
